Take a seat. Inhale.... set intentions.... exhale.... release all negativity. The breath is the ultimate test of life, and can guide us through some of the most troubling times. Breathing is essential, we know what will happen if we stop, but what happens when we use each and every last breath of life with intent rather than necessity. Peace happens.
